Dawn became certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NY, NY, following her breast cancer treatment and recovery. She is also accredited with The American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Dawn's mission is to help family, friends, and individuals live healthier and happier lives by reducing toxic load, reducing inflammation, increasing positivity, and moving their bodies more.
In my One2One wellness sessions and programs, I help clients ditch dieting and information overload, and learn exactly how to nourish their unique bodies. I help women and men get empowered and learn exactly what foods fuel their body — so they can do more than they've ever imagined. In addition, I work closely with health-care professionals to help their patients wean off meds.
